Questions

What is passport size in pixels?

35 × 45 mm at 300 DPI is 413 × 531 pixels. 2 × 2 inch at 300 DPI is 600 × 600 pixels. The tool converts for you when you pick mm, cm or inch.

Is this an official passport photo?

No. It produces a photo at the size you choose. Passport offices and embassies have their own rules on background, expression, head size and glasses, and they decide what they accept. Check their official page.

Can it make the background white?

It fills empty edges with white, but doesn’t yet remove an existing background. Take the photo against a plain white wall for the best result.

Can I print it?

Yes. The DPI is written into the file, so print shops print it at the right physical size.
