Photo ko KB mein kaise karein: a simple guide in easy English and Roman Urdu to make a phone photo fit a form’s KB limit, free, in the browser.
Masla kya hai (the problem)
Mobile ki photo usually 2–5 MB hoti hai, but online forms often want 20 KB, 50 KB or 100 KB. If the photo is bigger, the form shows an error and the upload fails. So you need to make the photo smaller in pixels and in KB, without making the face blurry.
Pehle form ka rule dekhein (check the rule first)
Read your advertisement or the form’s instructions and write down three things: size in pixels or cm, maximum KB, and minimum KB if any. For example, “200 × 230 px, under 50 KB” or “3.5 × 4.5 cm, 10–50 KB”. Every organisation has its own rule, so don’t copy someone else’s numbers.
Photo kholein (open the photo)
Open photosize.danixsoft.com on your mobile or computer and choose the photo. Aap ki photo upload nahi hoti: everything happens inside your browser, on your own device. JPG, PNG and WebP photos work.
Size aur KB likhein (enter size and KB)
Enter the width and height. If the form says pixels, choose px; if it says cm or mm, choose that unit and enter the DPI (300 is common for print-style sizes). Then type the maximum KB, and the minimum KB if the form has one.
Crop karein (set the face)
Drag the photo with your finger and pinch to zoom so the face is inside the oval guide. Photo tirchi hai to use the Straighten slider, and Rotate 90° if it is sideways. The empty edges, if any, are filled with white, light blue or light grey.
Download karein (save the file)
Check the result line: it shows the pixel size and KB, and says the file is under your limit. Tap Download and upload this new file in the form. For fixed limits you can also open a ready page like /resize-photo-to-20kb/ or /resize-photo-to-50kb/.
Agar photo fit na ho (if it doesn’t fit)
If the tool says it can’t fit, the KB limit is too small for that pixel size. Crop tighter or use a smaller size if the form allows. Photo ko plain deewar ke saamne, achi roshni mein lein: a clean photo stays clearer at a small KB.
